Cohen's first soccer game was yesterday morning and he did a great job! There are five kiddos on Cohen's team and only the three little boys you see in the pictures played - the other two just weren't having it! Made for a really long game for those three, but they hung in there and played hard. Cohen even scored a goal at the end of the game (which I missed because I had to run and get the snacks that we forgot that morning - thanks, pregnancy-brain!) He promised me he'd score another one next time so I can see it! I'm so proud of him! He's growing so fast!

On Thursday (September 12), Adriana and Kim (my teammates in Kindergarten) hosted a baby shower for Eleanor and me. It was SO lovely and sweet of them to do for us. We got a ton of great stuff including a bathtub, towels, a "sound bear" (as big brother Cohen called it), and lots of sweet clothes! I feel so blessed to be working with such wonderful people who I definitely call friends! 7 days and counting....

Cohen starts soccer (and Pre-K 3)...and other random cuteness!

Cohen started his very first round of competitive sports last week! His daddy's been waiting for this day for quite some time! Will's also coaching his first season because he wanted it to be a good experience for Cohen. Needless to say, his coach wasn't very pleased with Cohen's behavior at the first practice, but Cohen had a fairly legitimate excuse for "not listening to coach"..... "I was just too hungry to listen."

As of today (September 2), we are nearing Eleanor's arrival! I technically have 27 days until my due date, but I'm certain we won't make it that long. Last Friday, I was already 1 cm dilated and E was in a head-down position, so she's getting ready! And boy, so are we! It has been a terribly hot summer and a rough start to the school year, so feel free, little girl, to make your appearance any time you feel like it! We are ALL ready to meet you!

Cohen's 3rd birthday!

Last night as a two-year-old! He went to bed in Superman pj's, in a Captain America bed, woke up to have birthday pancakes on a Batman plate, and unwrapped Spider-Man wrapped birthday presents! Our little superhero is growing so fast!

Cohen had a fantastic third birthday party! We had all the family there - Mimmy and Jeffery and Jaxson, Gigi, Uncle Michael and Aunt Sandy brought baby Wyatt, and Papa came, too! What fun! The party was at the Witte Museum in downtown San Antonio and it was quite fun! - a little hot for a pregnant momma, but everyone had fun, nonetheless! It's hard to believe this little guy is three-years-old already....it just seems like yesterday that Will was taking pictures of me pregnant with Cohen! My how time flies! :)
