Playing with mommy's phone, taking pictures of herself! |
Happy girl! |
Wearing brother's hat! Silly girl! |
We don't get to rock Eleanor very often; she's never been one to want to be held for very long. But, she woke up early from a nap last weekend and ended up going back to sleep in my arms. Boy, did I cherish every moment of that! |
The beginning of January was mostly cold and wet, so the first day of sunshine we had, Cohen got outside to play in his playhouse and blow some bubbles with the dogs! It was a beautiful day! |
We also visited Orange Leaf that same warm day for some fro-yo! |
Eleanor was so excited to try to use her own spoon like a big girl! |
Happy guy enjoying his treat! |
A little quiet time courtesy of a Guardians of the Galaxy puzzle! |
We visited for the first time since living in Houston The Woodlands Children's Museum last week. The first place Eleanor stopped was the bookshelf! |
She loves to read! |
Checking out the light wall! |
And then discovering the water table! |
Getting in a little coloring, too! |
Showing me how he caught a fish! |
So proud of himself that he climbed the big rock at the park! |
Well, that's one way to watch a movie! |
This sums up our days when she doesn't take a nap. Add getting several teeth at the same time, and you've got a very unhappy little girl! |
So big, and yet still so little at the same time! |
Cutest piggy I've ever seen! She's such a girl!! |
January was a fun month! Aside from having the flu AND the stomach bug attack our house! Cohen is enjoying preschool and is excited to start a new T-Ball season next month. Eleanor is continuing Occupational Therapy to work on her oral motor development, and is doing remarkably well. We're still working on verbal development, but we can see those wheels turning and we're positive she's just going to take off talking any day now! We don't have a whole lot coming up on the horizon, but nevertheless, there will be plenty of pictures to share! Stay tuned!
